Pre-Treatment Recommendations Before your Hydrabrasion treatment, we recommend avoiding the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Vitamin E, aspirin, and St. John’s Wort, as well as refraining from alcohol consumption. This can help reduce the likelihood of bruising and bleeding. Staying well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after the treatment is also recommended.

Additional contraindications include anyone with a bleeding disorder or severe allergic reactions. We also recommend avoiding treatment if you have an active injury near the treatment area.
